ESSP, a private company with 7 major European Air Navigation Service Providers as shareholders, manages the operation and supports the adoption of the European Satellite Based Augmentation System to GPS: EGNOS.

The adoption of this service is rapidly growing given it allows correcting the GPS signal and offers enhanced features with accurate positioning and integrity within safety-of-life services context such as public transportation.

ESSP recruits a:

Aviation Market and Promotion Expert (F/M)

Is in charge of supporting the definition and execution of the EGNOS Multimodal Adoption (EMA) and implementation plan and responsible for the coordination of the aviation market segment activities done in the frame of EMA.

The Marketing and Promotion Expert is responsible for:

- Supporting the Customer in the definition and implementation of the “EGNOS Multimodal Adoption Plan”, in particular in the aviation market segment.

- Supporting the definition of technical and market tools to foster EGNOS adoption i, in particular in the aviation market segment.

- Supporting the definition and the implementation of the User Support Improvement Process.

- Contribution to aviation related promotion activities and material (e.g. EGNOS Bulletin, success stories, news, scripts for promotional videos…).

- Supporting the definition and the implementation of the Users Proactive Monitoring:

 Monitoring EGNOS services performance versus user’s expectations

 Monitoring the progress on EGNOS Multimodal Adoption

Specific Skills

 Marketing oriented

 Experience in the aeronautical domain

 Familiarized with SES regulation and ANSP (Air Navigation Service Provider) operations

 Experience in market analyses and CBAs (Cost Benefit Analyses)

 Familiarized with drone operations (pilot license desirable)

 Deep knowledge of EGNOS Services and applications

Job Requirements

Available for regular travel, especially in Europe

Experience of at least 5 years in marketing operational activities in specific GNSS application domains,
preferably aviation

Engineering degree or equivalent

Experience in projects in an international context (European)
