Communication Assistant (M/F)

Reporting to the Communication Officer, you will be in charge of supporting the ESSP corporate communication and EGNOS promotion activities.

Communication Assistant’s main responsibilities

Support ESSP corporate communication activities:

  • Develop ESSP Social Media network and daily activities, as well as reporting on it.
  • Support in the design and edition of the ESSP Annual Report
  • Support to other ESSP corporate communication activities such as ESSP events preparation and ESSP corporate website maintenance (among others)
  • Support to the regular production of the ESSP internal newsletter and other related corporate communications
  • Support to graphic design needs (designing banners, templates, posters, and graphical material)

Support EGNOS communication and promotion activities:

  • Support to graphic design needs (designing banners, templates, posters, and graphical material)  for different SPU department (mainly User Support and Service Adoption) in relation to EGNOS promotion, in particular:
    • EGNOS events (e.g.EGNOS Workshop) in the frame of the EGNOS Multimodal Adoption plan
    • GNSS events (e.g. ION GNSS, ENC GNSS…)
    • Support in the design and edition of the EGNOS Bulletin (every quarter)
    • EGNOS User Support website edition

Specific Skills:

  • High level of English (C1) CEFR
  • Spanish/French would be appreciated
  • Adobe Pro advanced profile
  • Image editing (photos, videos) advanced profile
  • Social media knowledge and experience so as to be the Community Manager
  • Communication & team participation skills (Communication is a transversal department what implies to be in contact with many people/teams).

Job features:

  • Communication degree or equivalent
  • Some experience in an international context (European) is desirable
  • Experience of at least 3 years dealing with tools linked to image and editorial work.
  • Community manager experience 
  • Available for travels in Europe
  • Temporary Contract
