Created in 2009, ESSP is a young and dynamic company, a pan European service provider, certified by EASA (the European Union Aviation Safety Agency) to deliver safety-critical services. Our mission is to operate and provide Communication, Navigation and Surveillance (CNS) services, among which, the main one is, the EGNOS service (the European Geostationary Navigation Overlay Service), on behalf of the EUSPA (the European Agency for Space).

We are looking for a Communication Assistant who will be in charge of of supporting ESSP’s corporate communication as well as activities related to ESSP new projects/business wins. For these activities, we are looking for someone with at least 3 years’ experience in communication with tools linked to editorial work (image), with a very good level of English (minimum B2).

Your main responsibilities/activities will be:

Support ESSP Corporate Communication activities:

- Develop ESSP Social Media network and daily activities, as well as reporting on it: LinkedIn, X, Instagram and Youtube,
- Work on Social Media campaigns: showcase of milestones with visuals, infographics, and success stories designs,
- Support to other ESSP corporate communication activities such as the organization of ESSP external events preparation and design materials for the stand. Attend the events,
- Support to ESSP corporate website maintenance updating news and information provided by HR Unit or by the Communication Officer,
- Support to the regular production of ESSP internal newsletter and other internal e-mails to launch (signature banners, etc),
- Develop graphic design needs (designing banners, templates, posters, and graphical material),
- Support in the development of videos and other audiovisual material. AI knowledge desirable.

Support ESSP’s projects and services in communication and promotion activities (such as EGNOS, Iris, ESMA, CNS DSP, ADS-B, and others):

- Support to graphic design needs (designing banners, templates, posters, and graphical material) for different ESSP units and departments in relation to the promotion of any of these projects,
- Work on Social Media campaigns: showcase of milestones with visuals, infographics, and success stories designs,
- Support in the organization of events and seminars, vents (e.g.EGNOS Workshop),
- Support in the design and edition of some bulletins, and / or any other infographies, brochures or documents that these projects may need to develop,
- Develop and udate specific sections and information on ESSP website (related to specific projects).

Profile:

- Adobe Pro advanced profile
- Image editing (photos, videos)
- Social media knowledge and experience so as to be the Community Manager
- Communication & team participation spirit (Communication is a transversal department which implies to be in contact with many people/teams)
- High level of English (B2 - C1) CEFR
- Ability to synthesize concepts graphically
- Good communication and autonomy
- Shows initiative
- Team player spirit
- Capacity to work in different tasks at the same time
- Creativity, curiosity and pro-activity

Job Requirements:

Degree in Communication or graphic design or equivalent

Available for punctual travels mainly in Europe
