If you are rigorous, autonomous, with a good level of English and have at least 5 years of experience in Bid Management in international projects, then this position is for you!
By joining us, you will bring support in ESSP development by developing and managing bids of Aviation Consulting, GNSS Applications & Surveillance activities. In addition, you will support the Strategy & Business Development team on development actions.
Assesse new GNSS Applications, Aviation Consulting and Surveillance contract business opportunities in line with the objectives of the company business plan, she/he confirms customer needs understanding and presents them for GO/NOGO decisions.
Coordinate specific proposals from the identification of the opportunity up to contract signature. This may include management of temporary multi-disciplinary teams set up for the purpose of proposal preparation.
Pilot draft proposals:
- Defining proposal approaches and targets,
- Gathering technical inputs from stakeholders (internal and suppliers) and proposing project profitability,
- Challenging proposal stakeholders aiming at guaranteeing offer competitiveness,
Managing necessary progress meetings and reviews,
Accountable for on-time submission of specific proposals in compliance with both the customer requirements and ESSP objectives.
In charge of proposal archives and the transmission to the Contract Manager,
The Commercial point of contact of GNSS Applications, Consulting and Surveillance contracts and attends negotiations & progress meetings when needed,
Consolidate, monitor, report and coordinate about the Surveillance Key Account.
Autonomy, initiative and organization
Excellent communication and presentation
Ability to summarize and present complex subjects to very diversified audience
High level of English (B2-C1) – CEFR
Understanding for complex technical Space Systems and Aviation
Understanding of contractual, financial and technical matters
Understanding of public procurement rules
Available for frequent travels in Europe, possibly on short notice
Flexibility: subject to peak of workload at time of proposal preparation and submission
Position based in Toulouse or in Madrid
Experience in business development in international projects, including management of responses to calls for tenders to the European Space Agency, the European Commission and the European GNSS Agency (GSA).
Good knowledge of complex technical environment
Engineering or business school degree with good understanding of complex technical environments
5 years’ experience in Bid Management in international projects, including proposal management for European institutions
5 years’ experience in Space and Aviation markets, to be evidenced by network of contacts within the
