Operational Quality Engineer – F/M

If you are rigorous with a good level of English and proficiency in operational Quality and have at least 5 years of experience in space or aeronautical transport and quality domains , then this position is for you!

By joining us, you will be responsible for the quality approach and the application of the processes through the review and advices activities, and animation.

Main responsibilities:

Your main responsibility is to provide Quality support to all projects, services and activities:

Support to projects:

 Participates in the preparation of Quality Assurance Plans (QAP, configuration management plan, documentation management plan, validation plan)
 Performs quality assessments (documents review, tests follow-up, performing tests for the operational baseline)
 Provides a support for methods, advice, alerts, ensures the proper application of processes, of risk management ...
Support to services:
 Performs quality assessments of deliverables and of important documents (review of documents)
 Provides a support for methods, advices, alerts, ensures the proper application of processes, of risk management ...
 ESP (EGNOS Service Provision) - EGNOS anomalies (OR) management: manages the OR process and is the functional leader for the OR tool.

Support to activities:

 documentation: coordinates the Documentation Officer activity and is their point of contact
 change management: check the Change Requests (CRs) for their closure
 improvement:
o proposes and leads improvement actions on their activities
o identifies and collects areas for improvement in the activities they support
 reporting: contributes to the company's reporting for their perimeter of activity
 audits: is in charge of the implementation of the audit corrective actions in their perimeter of activity

Support to Management System:

 performs the review of the Management System documents evolutions proposed by the System Quality Engineer
 replace the System Quality Engineer in case of absence.

Profile:

Generic Skills:

 Riguour, Ability to summarize
 Good interpersonal skills
 High Level of English (B2 – C1) – CEFR
 Spanish would be a plus

Specific Skills:

 Proficiency in operational Quality
 Project Management
 Transversal management
 Office usual software proficiency (MS Office Excel, …)

Job Requirements:

Available for regular travel (especially in Spain)

Experience of at least 5 years in the industry (space, aeronautics, rail, automotive) in the domain of quality and/or project management

Engineering degree or equivalent

Experience in projects in an international context (European)
