The results of the survey will allow the GSA and ESSP improve the EGNOS services delivery and provide better support to users and stakeholders.

The survey covers all market segments and EGNOS services (Safety Of Life, Open Service and EDAS). It also assesses the ESSP’s management of EGNOS User Support Services. All EGNOS users are strongly encouraged to participate, regardless of which market segment they operate in.

The results from last year’s survey were positive and showed a good level of satisfaction with EGNOS. 

Results from this year’s edition are expected to be made available early next year.
