We are looking for an Analytical Accountant to ensure the support of accounting and financial activities with the support of the Financial Analyst.

Main responsibilities/activities:

The accountant is responsible for maintaining and making the accounts for the company in particular:

-         Record transactions (via manual entry and imports) in SAGE X3,
-         Update SAGE X3 settings,
-         Management of periodic account review operations (in compliance with the schedule and the documentation);
-         Participate in the preparation of periodic financial statements to transmit them to the chartered accountant,
-         With the support of the Financial Controller, you will participate in the analysis of the company's accounts.

You are also resposnible for:

-         Prepare VAT declarations,
-         Record purchase orders and ensure the proper functioning of the purchasing cycle documentation (purchase orders, receipts, payments).

Any other necessary actions for the proper functioning of the service.

Profile:

- Rigour and analysis
- Ease with figures
- Good level of English (B2) – CEFR
- Good level of Spanish would be a plus (B2) – CEFR
- Good level of Excel – pivot tables and Vlookup

Job Requirements:

Available for punctual travels mainly in Europe (less than 2 per year)
Experience of at least 3 years in accounting
2 years/ 3 years of high education degree in accounting
