ESSP, a private company with 7 major European Air Navigation Service Providers as shareholders, manages the operation and supports the adoption of the European Satellite Based Augmentation System to GPS: EGNOS.

We are looking for a Security Office Assistant who will contribute to the management and the monitoring of the Security Office records and activities.
If you have 3 to 5 years of experience in Administrative and Office management in a sensitive project or defense domain, then this position might be for you!
Main responsibilities/activities:
Reporting to the Central Security Officer, you will oversee:
- Management of clearance requests and administrative investigations for employees and subcontractors,
- Monitor employees and subcontractors’ personal security clearance: awareness meeting
- Monitor and anticipate personal security clearance renewals,
- Coordinate and interface with the different units of ESSP Corporate sites,
- Ensure communication with European and national security authorities,
- Assist the Central Security Officer during regulatory and institutional inspections,
- Monitor Classified Information and Supports (CIS) movements, and contribute to continuous control and permanent compliance with the instructions in force aimed at ensuring CIS protection,
- Contribute to the catalogue of procedures related to accreditations and authorizations,
- Maintain up to date dashboards and produce indicators requested to Security Officers,
- Plan awareness held by Security Officers for newcomers: invitation, presence sheets, reminders, etc.
- Contribute to monitoring files related to sensitive contracts,
- Management of strongbox (classified documents under the responsibility of the business unit),
- Manage encryption and cryptographic tools.
You will also contribute to:
- The promotion of good security practices to the personnel,
- Ensure a security watch, both technological and regulatory,
- Improving enterprise processes and tools for security management,

- Good English level (B2-C1) – CEFR
- Good Spanish level (B2) - CEFR
- Good practical knowledge on MS-Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio)
- Knowledge of French and European regulation related to classified data (IGI 1300, IGI 2102, 901, etc.)
- Practical knowledge of enterprise IT and security organization aspects (ISMS, etc.),
- Knowledge of critical systems and associated constraints (aerospace, industry, etc.).
